How we think, feel, eat, and move all contribute to our mental health, our healing, and our growth. I use an integrative approach to empower clients with knowledge and skills to help them get centered, engage their full selves, and live healthier and more fulfilling lives. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness and visual imagery, meditation and sound healing in my clinical and mental wellness offerings. Consultation and coordination with other holistic and medical health professionals may also be provided. Learn more about my offerings below.
